Ryan Adams stories are often an interesting view into the mind of a creative genius, and the crazy baggage that sometimes seems to come along with being one. (Or just a view into a famous person with various substance abuse problems.) I've heard a number of Ryan Adams stories, but never had the priviledge of having a 1st hand one myself. (Closest was chatting with Larry Groce of Mountain Stage after a taping of that show at the Keswick earlier this year, posted here in the 885MMM on August 7th.)

Hearing your audio clip of your 1st-hand experience with R.A. helps take these stories out of the realm of urban legends (this happened to a friend of a friend...). Thanks!
