Oldie — Lee Andrews and the Hearts

This event happened some time ago. I was at a dance at the old Concord skating rink in NE Philla on a Friday night in the summer of 1964. I had won a dance contest earlier and my prize was that I got to go on the stage with Lee Andrews and the Hearts. They sang one of their hits “Tear Drops”. I thought it was pretty cool. The Geater will remember. Another Oldie but goodie!
Teardrops is one of my favorites that I still (try) to sing these days on a regular basis.
