Memorable Music Moment

My most memorable music moment was the first time (and those thereafter) that I saw Martin Sexton perform at the Filmore at the TLA in Philadelphia. Aside from Sexton’s soul-touching lyrics, his performance amazed me. It was very new to me at the time, to see someone literally putting their soul into the music. It moved me, and since, I have only grown a stronger love for Martin Sexton, as well as other folk/soul artists. I connect with his music, more so than most artists today.
