Last year at the XPN music festival…

It was pouring rain on July 22 of 2006. Citizen Cope was supposed to play at Wiggins Park and me and my new roommate, with whom I had a serious crush on already, were planning on heading over to Camden. The shows were postponed and then subsequently canceled. It was sad because I was really hoping to have a fun time with Jason listening to music that we both loved. XPN, being the savvy hosts that they are, scheduled some bands at the WCL instead. So first we had a lovely dinner at Monks then headed over to the shows. We had a blast (even though Cope didn’t play)! We danced and sang and finally…we kissed! We kissed all night. We were totally those ridiculous kids at the show who couldn’t not be making out all night long. And…we’re still kissing to this day! We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary at the XPN music festival this year.
So, yay for love and music and XPN!!! And that is my XPN music moment that means the most to me :o)

Hannah, Your story just tickles me and opens my heart! It’s so wonderful to hear such a delightful true love story. All the best to you and Jason. It proves 2 adages:
