I am a big fan of the Dave Matthews Band. I have been to many of their concerts and really enjoy their songs. I have never considered myself a geek fan until this past April. I work for Bed Bath & Beyond in Villanova where I am a manager. I was walking across the front of the store on a rainy Monday when I heard an employee ask a customer if they needed any help. I was happy with the interaction from the employee because it was natural. When the customer replied, “I’m here buying some cleaning stuff…” I knew the voice, but never expected… Dave Matthews. I pushed the employee aside and said,”Are you Dave?” He said yes and I asked, “What are you doing here? You’re supposed to be on tour in Europe?!?” (Stalker alert). He went on to tell me about his business in town, and I started to fade out as far as to what happened next. I did manage to get an autograph and then thought that no one would believe me so I got this picture.
