Heard Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer at Jammin’ Java in Vienna, Virginia. We were turned on to Dave and Tracey while driving from New York to Washington DC (home) on the New Jersey Turnpike and listening ot XPN (only thing that makes that trek tolerable) - an amazing show in a small club; only two days later, we learned Dave had passed on. We saw his last show. Never forget him.
