Grateful for all those Grateful Dead Concerts at the Spectrum
by Ralph, Yardley, PA
Hopefully this will not be taken as a “typical” Deadhead story, but it was always a pleasure to see the good old Grateful Dead at the Spectrum. I mean they played great even on a bad night. They took you up out of yourself, put your cares away and just dance! Many times I would look around me and just see these smiles and enjoyment on the faces of other concert goers. It really is true that on a “good night” they had that Xfactor about them that was just amazing. They were a gift to us while they were together!

Ah yes…front row on the Phil side for the first, live Unbroken Chain….the place was insane!
